Punishing everyone for a ragequit

There's been alot of games like this already when someone loses lane or just gets mad for no real reason and ragequits after the 3minute mark of remakeing. I don't understand if someone ragequits at early stages of the game why should everyone in the team be punished by losing 19+ LP and not only just that person + some kind of a ban or restriction for intentionally leaving or afk. I've recieved the report feedback only when i reported someone who was extremely toxic and said golden words for recieving a ban (kill yourself) on multiple occasions . And lately I dont see much improvement in that area. Seems like bans for intentionally feeding or leaving the game are almost non existent and reports are useless because "bad games can happen to anyone". That is true, but when someone literally says in the chat that he/she is gonna int it pisses me off. Please do something about ragequiters because the rest of the team suffers aswell not just them.

I've never seen someone rage quit a winnable game. When someone rage quits, it's likely they don't want to waste 30 mins begging their team for a surrender. Too many people have this bullshit "never surrender" mentality, especially hardcore feeders. It's extremely irritating. I see no problems here. If the enemy team is the one feeding, it's highly unlikely anyone of your team will rage quit. So instead of calling for punishments, one should focus on not being a feeder and pissing off their team.

And the reason I can speak so authoritatively on this is because tend to leave a lot of lost games myself. I must have gotten like 20 LeaveBusters this season already. People still seem to think this is season 5. You can't have 2 lanes go 0-8 and expect to win in season 8. Feed like that and refuse to ff and I'm guaranteed to leave.
