New Champions Lock

I was wondering why we doesn't have one, a new champion can be extremely powerfull when hits de the actual meta, and, ¿how much experience can a person have with that new champion?

¿What i mean? A new champion arrives well that's good but then there are the players who can't have any patience and go rank, there are two points on here:

  1. Extremely unexperienced: Which causes a ranked team to inevitably lose
  2. Exploit: Starts to exploit an ability or a combo and win because obviously the champion was unbalanced

And this is the same everytime, i mean, how much nerfs had Gnar? well Azir a hundred of bugfixed and a little tweaks, unstopabble roaming feeders Bards, and now this Ekko kid...

I think we need a change on at least a week of ranked lock to new champions...

Gnar was actually buffed after release which I found Hilarious cuz he really didn't need it. Then again i was one of those assholes who played Gnar as soon as he was released in Ranked (100% win rate tho), BUT in my defense I do this because i have a PBE account and 2-3 weeks experience with a champion and their kit, giving me better readability on how to both counter them and play them....

ON TOPIC THOUGH.... It would probably be for the best if a new Champion was not allowed to be played in ranked for the first 3 weeks ( 2 weeks new new then free week is week 3 after release... typically) If they are just going to have a 98% ban rate, why not remove them from ranked in general so teams don't have to waste a ban to stop enemies or allies from playing said Champion.

I remember all early Bard bans. No one wanted that on their team XD

This would be nothing bad but good thing in ranked queue, i mean, who remembers when Azir came out and if he ulted you against a wall you got permastun?
