Issues with in game connectivity

I already posted this in Help and Support and it has gotten no replies so...

Hey guys, ling here

"In game there is an issue where (especially when I become inactive/alt tab) it starts saying attempting to reconnect despite good ping. It then seems to disconnect me after about 15 seconds of this happening. >When I am playing constantly it doesn't happen, only when I don't move my mouse for 5 seconds or alt tabbing.

The issue started happening when i alt tabbed in game a few games ago after just connecting to a match so it could be a bug (where it auto disconnects you at the beginning of game for being afk)

Would be appreciated if could help resolve as it is annoying as fk xD"

Technically this is game play and maybe this way i will actually get a reply...its been 9 days
