In-Game Screen continued

Hi, I have trouble using a keyboard because I'm disabled, so I play mostly with a mouse. I use my on screen keyboard, but I can't get out of screen during a game, making me unable to type during a game limiting my communication in game to just pings. I was wondering if you could make a easier way to access other things on your computer during a league game. There might be a way I'm unaware of but if not I would appreciate the help. The thing is I saw I could make it windowed but it doesn't let you access anything outside the edge of the clients edges. Maybe if u could add a optional keyboard in the game itself.
