The Forest Protectors Current State (Ivern)

I created this forum to express how weak i feel Ivern is and because i want to hear the opinions of other players such as myself, Ivern has one of the most unique jungle play styles i have ever witnessed and acting as a support in the jungle while also just stealing every enemy camp is really fun compared to the same "ME JUNGLE ME CARRY" playstyle of the majority of junglers i'm not saying you can't carry with ivern its just that you use your team to carry ureself if that makes any sense, like using a chainsaw to cut a tree. I feel like hes really weak and isn't even doing that great of a job of keeping everyone alive with the meta being so early game focus and him needing momentum through the early levels just to clear his jungle and not get countered then just screwed for the rest of the game because he can't skirmish at all at early levels makes such a bad champion and literally unplayable. What i'm saying is i wish riot would pay attention to these unique champions and somehow buff him like decreases his costs for early clearing or decreasing the sheild cooldown which might have been broken before but with the meta shift i don't think it'll have that harmful of an affect.I would love to hear your opinions about the matter, what do YOU think about Iverns' current state?

Ivern has some advantages. He doesn't have to worry about the relative difficulty of jungle camps because they all are equal in terms of damage. If smite is up then he takes the least amount of time to clear any given camp making it easy to invade and just steal the enemy jungler's buff. That being said, Ivern has been hurt by the increase in spawn time and the fact that he isn't great at stopping the enemy jungler. Early game Ivern will rarely outdamage an AD jungler, making him vulnerable to them. Ivern has the power to completely screw over the enemy jungler and his Q is a great way to dive people. But he suffers from an inability to 1v1 until he gets Daisy, and a reliance on his team to make up for the missing damage in jungle since he's basically just a support that takes jungle camps.
