So I saw this top plays video of amumu in the jg. He was very low but thanks to smiting a camp or two he got health to survive and kill the enemies. My question is: Do all camps give you health when smited? I'm so confused by this. (no it wasn't health from red. the amumu smited blue for health.)

red buff gives you HP Blue buff gives you MANA

They do if you get the purple smite. A lot of challenjour wannabes will never get the purple smite because they want more kills. Don't be that challenjour wannabe. If you're a low elo/new player, get the purple smite. It'll keep you alive and in the jg for longer. You'll never get executed again.
