Brought my laptop and loaded up league... Holy shit this ping is amazing. I can actually dodge and hit skill shots in real time instead of having to anticipate everything.

Honestly I live in NJ and I would still never play on LAN just purely b/c of the language barrier.
There's a reason why battle.net (or even WoW) had multiple gateways for the US... but that's a dif story

OldUncleNasus1 votesImagine how much higher he would be if he had 30 ping... of course there are high diamond/master player on the east coast but it's easier to play with lower ping.
70-100 ping difference is very noticeable... even 20-30 ping difference is noticeable
