A Solution to AFKers in Ranked

Nothing feels worse than getting demoted because an AFKer ruins your match. It doesn't feel rewarding to win against, and it can make you feel pretty salty to lose because of a numbers advantage. From a numbers perspective (if you never AFK yourself) There are 5 chances for an AFK on the opposing team and 4 on your own.

I propose that if your team loses due to an AFK, LP and losses are still calculated but DEMOTIONS are forgiven. This would still let wins and losses due to AFKs balance out from a macro view, but not throw you down a rank just because of someone being irresponsible. This also limits the potential for abuse, because it still affects your MMR and LP, just not your ranked tier if you are on the verge of demotion already.
