Need help deciding on champ

My classmates decided to set up a "Tournament" pitting everyone in a 1v1 situation. The rules are that its only 3 minutes long, and it ends with either a first blood, or more creeps (I bet first blood will be the case). I know who I'm fighting, and I know he mains Graves and Draven, and we are in Draft pick. So, what champs should I ban and who should I play?

I am also unsure who is an "Early game" champ. I could use some suggestions, cause we will be fighting pre 6 and the game will be determined at that point
