Would an Offline Mode Benefit Players?

I know this is extremely unlikely. Riot gather online data before you even sign in and navigate through the client/interface, but I would genuinely hope to see an offline mode of some sort in the future. If it was somehow able to store certain information so that you could access things like Custom Games, potentially even some new Offline catered Game Modes, like practise of sort. I'd love to get all of your opinions on this subject. Personally I think it would make the game alot more accessible for people who are constantly on the go, or aren't lucky enough to have the best internet, leaving their online experience practically unplayable.

I was just gonna make a post about this. As someone who spends the whole summer at my cottage with no internet, I would LOvE to be able to play offline. It probably would take a lot of work but for people who just want to play custom games. I would use it all the time.

I agree. I do think it would take a whole remapping of the current interface, but there is always a solution to these types of things! And ultimately if a game is reaching more people for whatever reasons, Its gonna benefit the company!

Do we have to explain every time this is brought up all the security risks this brings up?

It's 2015 if you want to play an online only Moba you best have some internet, if not we have thousands of offline games.

Why has it got to come to a brick wall like that though. Riot employs some of the most brilliant minds and problem solvers of our time, surely they can come to some sort of triumph!

No. It requires them to offload all the data leaving a ton more ways for people to find exploits in the game, and for what? Those few people who don't have internet?

I thought of all the security stuff which is why I was thinking they should just make a new client(think how pbe is a seperate download and icon). That would make it so your offline "profile" would have no association with your online play. That would mean anyone who found exploites wouldn't realy matter cause you wouldn't be able to use them online anyway.
