Is Azir secretly op or is the enemy Syndra I was facing just mad? I think it's commonly understood he is strong at this point but bugged to hell still and hard to play in addition to being bugged. So what is your opinion?
Everyone QQ's when they lose and actually a good syndra is hard for an Azir. There are no totally OP champs (although there are some better ones like Akali, and some unplayable ones like Urgot).
Azir is strong late game (although Riot wants to "fix" that for some reason).
Tl;DR No, people are going to QQ no matter what. My biggest fear for Azir is actually that they will screw up all his skills and numbers trying to change him for the whims of a gaming community who has not even had a chance to play him without any bugs yet. Going to land up nerfed before he even gets to be used properly in a normal game.
