100% effective.
TBH most of us in Silver are used to Threshes tossing lanterns a mile away, or not at all.... so we pretty much just pretend the guy isn't there for most of the game other than him landing an occasional hook that probably just gets him killed, or dropping a ward once in a blue moon.
Barkley2 votesIn my experience, "Not grabbing the lantern" is like 10% the player doesn't grab it, and 90% the player can't grab it either because they're CC'd, blocked, or the thresh threw a shitty lantern -- and the thresh main is getting mad over nothing.
vyoda1 votesSome players legit don’t know how to make use of the lantern. I used to have to explain what Nami E (the 3 enhanced AA’s) at the start of EVERY game in Silver.
Maybe type “right click my lantern”?
