This map is beautiful and it was only used for a few weeks during the bilgewater and gangplank rework event.

Why not make this map available by low chance in aram or make it a mandatory map if someone on either team buys a Skin Boost with a lil RP.

Also do not forget to keep that amazing gangplank announcer pack that is just pure (kiss fingers) frigging perfection and it just puzzles me why riot won't make announcer packs for reworked or new champions.

I mean they have the money of course and the voice actors at the time at certain voice acting studios to do the champion lines so... why not do more announcer packs?

They adressed it recently in ask riot. They said they might do it in the future if they have enough time. The problem is they made some changes to the Howling Abyss last year. They would need to do a lot of work on the Buthers Bridge before they release it.
