Region Transfer (Help)

Hey there! I'm an active duty service member and recently got stationed in Japan. I usually know how to buy the transfer and do it myself and what not, but when i check the account I don't have the options anymore. Is this because of the new client or are we not allowed to do transfers? I'd appreciate any help Thanks again!

Transferring is not allowed at the end of the season sadly.
