First win of the day still on a 22 hour reset?

Is there a reason why the First win of the day is still on a 22 hour reset? I thought once it changed to a mission it would be a daily reset like most other online games, makes it way easier to do the dailies when you know you can do it any time of the day instead of just at that particular time each day, you miss that time for whatever reason and you can't really do it later because then it'll be screwed for the day after.

I know it's been this way since the beginning but I think it'll be easier for everyone if it was on a set 24 hour reset instead of a moving 22 hour reset depending on when you played last. Just my thoughts.
