In flex queue, groups should only have 1 vote for surrendering

If you want to keep flex queue playable for solo players, you need to make some huge changes because premades keep abusing the solo player.

this game, the premade fed the enemy before the game enemy started, proceeded to never come top while i got ganked several times, then refused to surrender multiple times and then threatened to report me.

this game the premade is trolling the entire game and refuses to surrender, they even said they were trolling

overall these games are a toxic waste of time

if there is solo + solo + premade of 3, 2 votes should be enough to surrender

also solo players should never get autofilled, get banning rights and first pick priority over premades
