Hextech Box Change Please

So...Hear me out here. We have Blue Essence to buy champs directly from the store AND the champion capsules we get from each level up to give us Champion shards.
What I hate the most is earning a Hextech box from a really good game.. Grinding out the key fragments from 20+ other games. Maybe getting one or two for being a good player from the honor system to finally being able to open the box...And it's a Champion shard. Now, I've had every champ in the game for about a year or two now...I would like to see a change to where we either cant get champ shards in hextech boxes OR don't give champs we own...but then you have the people that do have every champ..I only hold onto champ shards that I'm getting mastery tokens for to not spend blue essence...even tho there is nothing else to spend the blue essence on.
