stuttering while camera locked on chmpion

Bri9n··1 votes·1,526 views

Every time I use locked camera and move my champion back and forth, I notice this stuttering. I have limited my fps to 60 (60hz) and also uncapped it, and I also used v-sync. But no difference. Any suggestions on how to fix this stuttering would be nice!
