Ranked matchmaking rigged

I simply dont understand this game sometimes, because i can win like normal ranked games like its nothing, but when its promo time there is no chance to get that promotion. How many times will i have to go to those promos and not go anywhere huh riot? That many when i buy something? I dont get how people even make it to "climb" somewhere when its near impossible with this rigged system who intentionaly places the matches so i would not advance in ranks anyway. Why cant they just fix their matchmaking.

Promos are there to slow the Climb. The more you struggle the more you will work to climb and fail but will still play.

They dont want people to climb to Gold fast because then you wont stick around. That Free Skin really does a lot to keeping the game alive.
