Is there anyway I, as a solo player, can opt out of team games?

I'm so tired of getting either trolled in by a 5 man premade, or being the 1 odd man out on a 4 man premade. Even on games when I have a team on my side and we win, I feel like I contribute almost nothing. When there is a team on the enemy side, it usually turns into a stomp. Can I just flick an option to not have to deal with groups anymore?
