So Shen's Spirit's Refuge{W} can block barons basic attacks but not dragons? Is this intentional?

In order to stop champs with auto attack blocks (pantheon ) from doing dragon at lv 1 or 2, they changed it so dragons basics count as spells.

but baron's is still basic autos?

I'd say that's because pantheon isn't going to solo baron at 20 mins, so baron wouldn't have that problem.

Yep. That's why Nocturne can block a dragon attack, but shen W can block a baron attack.

This one. Another problem was Shaco with his old Two-Shiv Poison passive causing Dragon's autos to just miss him 35%(?) of the time.
