Considering the amount of content they plan on throwing into this patch, I think tomorrow.

They are sending to the PBE: A new champion 7 skins (5 Star Guardian + Ornn launch skin + NEO Pax Sivir) New crafting stuff involved with the new Sivir An entirely new game mode (that has a lot of components) New map(s) to go with that game mode Emojis (please Riot, don't do this)

So yeah, this is a pretty full patch and Riot hasn't even thrown balancing into it yet.

Tomorrow. Was supposed to be today, but spaghetti code or whatever happened. I hope they didn't delay the PBE release because they didn't get to stream to be honest. That would be really dumb.
