Can't Log In... Random D/C...

So I've been trying my best to reach the one and only goal i have in league of legends... and that's to reach Gold! I've been doing well pre patch 4.18... but after the patch I would get random freeze attacks during the ranked games and DC's.... Now that I've made my way to silver 4 repeatedly... I can't log in! Can someone please help me on this subject?I really need a lending hand.
