Better solutions for afk in rank

2 games in a row I get the standard salty player who gives 2 solo kills in lanes then just afk.

Riot says they are doing something but could afk in rank be an auto ban from rank play for so many games. Require them to play a few normal games to be allowed to play rank and no afk.

It annoying and any game with an afk is an automatic bad game as it runs it for everyone on both teams. Rank just makes it worse.
