Everything stops for some seconds (Need help please, going crazy)

In every game, from time to time, the game just stops, like I have 18293218939812 MS and then everything comes back to normal. MS is fine (45), FPS is fine (144), what causes this problem? I need some help please, this is driving me crazy

seem like a case of packet loss

the number 1 thing you can do is have a wired connection

but when you wireless things like this will happen from time to time
