when you make your account you agree the the tos/eula. in it you basically sign a form saying that you have read it and understand. in a portion of it it goes into details about how if you lose your account you forfeit your right to a refund. you are neither entitled to any of the digital asset or good you've purchased nor are you entitled to be granted any special privileges just because you've paid for content.
call it what you want, but digital content has never been and will never be the property of the consumer. it is bought with the knowledge that should anything happen you will lose your investment.
i recommend toning down your anger, waiting out your hopefully temporary ban, and trying to be less retaliatory in the future. if it's a permanent ban then you can either find something else to play or make a new account.
either way you're not getting a refund. to even ask for one shows that you didnt understand or possibly didnt even read the eula/tos.
