Riven and how she is unbalanced

Riven in my opinion is one of the most unbalanced champions in League of Legends because her kit is to strong and with and form of cdr she can use her E ever 4 seconds. She also has 3 dashes and she can jump walls on the third dash. With her 4 gap closer she can knock you up and then stun you. Her Passive gives her more auto attack damage. I feel that for a nerf you should lower her passive damage and decrease the range of the dashes she has. You should also make the cooldown on E longer by a second or two. Because with these nerfs she could have a some counter play to her. i hope you really consider these changes that i have brought up in this paragraph.

No just make her Q CD start after the 3rd Q and make her E shield if she's dashing towards a champion

If Riven is so good, how come those that counter her is just so so, and nobody ever complains about them?

Those that find Riven match ups hard are those that have a hard time keeping track of CD's. Riven's CD's are short, so it's hard, but if you can get a grasp of each one, you'll beat her.

Dude, riven is literally a skill-based champion. She has a really high skill ceiling to be good. I dont understand why everyone is complaining about her, she's received nerf after nerf until she's in the current state she is now. Have you ever heard of cc? because that can shut her down pretty well, take someone with sustain like vlad, take somone who can out poke her. She has the lowest health regen IN THE GAME and an awful early game.
