So like i just got the second S i needed for rank 7 but it didn't say it in the post game lobby that I got a token and I don't know if I got the token or not because I can't access the hextech crafting because of the bugs. Did I still get the token or no?

If yes, then you should have a token waiting once you get can get to the crafting page. If it was a different mode, than you wouldn't be eligible to get a mastery token.
