Add a report function in champ select and allow queue dodging

okay so i know im not the only one that is sick and tired of players that are toxic before the game even starts. just 5 minutes ago i had a guy come in ranked saying "im going to do what i want where i want" i thought he was kidding. he then starts calling me a bitch boy because i asked him to please not do that kind of stuff. he just goes on and on about how he will get banned but will just make a new account. picks ashe and goes mid lane. i dodge because who wouldnt at that point. and im the one that is going to get actions taken towards me because i dont want to suffer. i want to raise my rank not have to deal with these kinds of people. at least give us a report function right. i dont want to have to stress myself out all game because of this guy.

oh look someone just dodge the queue at the very last possible second just to troll people! oh look that one guy got reported because he didn't pick what other people wanted him to pick and then someone else in the queue dodged!

first off if they can add a chat monitor to games why couldn't the do it to the champ select. second do you think riot is retarded? you think they wont notice that some guy leaves games waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much. or banns for stupid shit all the time. i think you just haven't thought it threw. and that's okay... but don't post on my stuff with your negative attitude.
