Does Autofill prove that RIOT hates their players?

I just find it kind of funny. I get the reasoning, it helps speed up the queues which can be annoying. But in reality, any league game is usually a 30-50 minute commitment of time. They're asking players to commit their precious time, to roles they don't want to play. Now the answer they've seemingly come up with is to start punishing dodgers more harshly. It doesn't stop people from dodging though, most are willing to take the 5 and 30 minute bans to avoid playing roles they don't want. So in reality you have players constantly dodging, leading to constant queue hopping, and even more time wasted trying to find a game. And I have seen so much hate for this feature, I can't imagine the kind of person who looks at this and goes "Great idea RIOT! You really nailed the issue here!". I would rather wait 8 minutes in waiting to find a game, then 15 minutes hopping in and out of queues hoping that some poor schmuck didn't get autofilled in, and is going to dodge as a result.

But back to my original question, Does this prove RIOT hates their players. Click-bait title aside, no I don't think it does, but it does make me think they are either deaf, or just don't care about their player base's hate for this feature. To them it's not a matter of the feature being a bad choice, it's us gamers who are in the wrong for not just simply going along with it. Alright, I'm done. Now that my 5 minute dodge ban is up, hopefully I can get a good role in their crap-shoot lottery, I mean autofill.
