how do i become a better player to reach diamond 5?

i am plat 5 support main,

dont say you cant carry yourself playing support cause ... you can lol.

I want to know what i can do to increase my skill or knowledge of playing support.

Is there something i can practice or maybe some thing i can learn?

I main Thresh, Soraka and Naut atm. Depend on patch but thresh is my main.

Support/jungle main. Yes, you can do well as support, but it's a nightmare compared to say jungle.

With the new system, get a group of people, go that route, best chance as support.
