Graves OP or not?

Is it just me or everytime I see a graves it sends shivers down my spine?? lol. Idk if Imn wasting a ban on him or is he easily counterable? I was 14/0/3 Khazix one game and he pretty much insta gibbed me with 2 buckshots lol!

One of the highest win rates this patch. But don't worry I guess thats not enough to do anything to him lucian is getting the massive nerf instead according to pbe. Dont worry riot knows what they are doing. Why nerf the 56% win rate champ with a 48% ban rate and a 20% play rate champion when you can nerf the 52% win rate with a 19% play rate and 17% ban rate champion instead!

Yo lucian is borderline op as well...his Q is just redic man! Poke is insane. lol. It is preseason so maybe...just maybe RITO can still salvage this. So far in the 3 years I have been playing the game, this pre season has been the least enjoyable. thoughts??

I do think he is pretty good but not deserving of nerfs before graves/mf you have to admit. Lucians one of my fav champs because you have to combo well with double shots and hit your spells, do it fast to have your burst lucian. I just dont see making a super nerfed champion that is burst have even more of his burst taken away. I guarantee lucian wont be played like last season after his nerf.
