It's a natural learning process for most players, especially if you don't know the specific nuances to a champion's kit and hence their weaknesses and limitations. Just keep playing the champions you like, and improve what you need to work on with the various tools that are available to you, such as the Practice Tool and the vs AI gamemodes, before taking them into Normals or Ranked (or you can start with Normals, either way is fine)

Look up some Yasuo guides on Youtube, or MobaFire, look at build paths on ProBuilds etc.

Good Luck <3

Make sure you focus HARD on attack speed. The more attack speed you have, the faster your Q comes back. You DO NOT need CDR. Second, Max W last. It feels strange to max W last since it's so useful, but you should only ever be using W in extreme situations. Third, E a lot and pay attention to the minions you've E'd. If you can keep up your farm while dashing around like mad then that means you've gotten much better.

LAST AND THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT.

Learn when to poke. The best time to go in for short trades, is when the opponent is farming. If they're ap mid, they have low ad so they might use their abilities to farm. That gives you a short window to GO in and hit them.

Some extra.

It's not easy to push all in as yasuo. You're a yasuo and you Q a lot so you'll be pushing your lane just because you're you. Make sure you don't push in too much and just auto and dash when you want the lane to come back towards you. If you don't, you'll get ganked and you won't be able to go in for the kill.

Oh for runes take fleet footwork. Like for real. It keeps you in lane against poke mids.

Stuff like timing for windwall and reaction speed is just player skill. If you find yourself missing your windwall even after lots of practice, yasuo is too much for you and you should give up.
