Don't be toxic at any costs.

Get good.

Nough said.

Work on last hitting better, and focus more on farming. I see in a lot of your games you're averaging around 3-4 cs/m. You want that to be 8-10.

Your warding seems to be okay as far as number of wards placed, but it looks like sometimes you don't buy any pinks. Having not seen you play, I can't say whether or not your ward placement is good.

Work on champion knowledge, know what every champion does and when you're in range for them to initiate onto you/kill you, or how they could back out if you tried to initiate a trade.

Learn when you can and can't play aggressively, and what you should do if you're behind in lane.

Record your gameplay (replay.gg works for general replays, plays.tv show exactly what was on your screen, from camera positioning, mouse movement, etc) and analyze it. See what mistakes you made and think about how you could have avoided making them. Also look at what decisions you made as far as what objectives to go for, and try to analyze whether or not that was the right decision. Should you have gone for baron when you did? should you have instead gone for a tower or inhib instead? Would it have been better to stay in lane and pressure than enemy than rotate mid after you took t1 turret? All things you can look at.

Learn when you can and can't roam from lane to not miss farm/xp.

Try to be as positive as possible in games, congratulate your teammates on good plays, don't say anything that could possibly tilt your team.

If you have any higher elo friends, ask them to do some 1v1 skirms with you and ask them for tips on what you could specifically improve on, be it farming, skill shots, dodging skill shots, whatever.

That's a tough question to answer without knowing what role you main and what type of champs you typically play.
