I was gold 1 when season ended and then got to plat 2 in preseason. Win rates were above 50%. Hm got into placements! Went 8-2! Guess what i got?! Gold 1, AGAIN! Whats the point of preseason... Sigh. Went on Lolking checked match history, and saw that i was playing with people that was also plat 2s to diamond 5s. Checked KDA, nothing wrong except in 1 game went under 1.0. I guess its cause i dont get enough kills? Well if thats it, then rip to all the support mains. I just want someone to explain to me about how riot does placements. Season 4 i was plat 2 and went 5-5 in placements for season5 and ended up getting gold 1? So 5-5 and 8-2 have no differences?

All those people are also Gold I. it's the same every season you actually have to earn your rank you don't get to stay where you were you have to climb. It separates those who can and those who can't and before you start arguing that placement matches should be enough -- no 10 games really isn't.

cause the preseason does not matter where you ended before the preseason does and i was higher than you and i got s2 so be grateful
