Cailtlyn r rework

I think that their should be a Caitlyn r rework. It should be that caitlyn r should be percing. to were her ult will go through enemy champions but the more it goes through enemy champions its dmg should keep going down. So if it hits a garen dmg down by like 100 damage. I think this rework would be intresting.

Her Q already works like that. The thing with what you're describing is it'd be targeted, long-range dmg no matter what. It's better now, since it can be blocked, there is counterplay.

Even if it'd be less dmg, it'd still be a targeted long-range nuke you'd be sure to take some dmg from which is sorta stupid.
