Ap Evelynn assassin?

Lately I've been having problems. With Evelynn due to the high hp all champs seem to be having... I'm sure it's pretty bad when you EQAQA and you realize you've only done 2.5 bars of damage... Which comes to around 250 damage... I'd like to add the person your trying to burst has no magic resistance... that's item 1402 and item 3116item 3009 Also I'm some how getting kills with this...

I go hybrid eve. Blue smite>hextech gunblade>botrk>defensive item

You get decent burst, a bunch of sustain and tank shred.

What's up with everyone having such high hp?

I do full ap burst eve (focusing on her E) and can 1 shot most squishies and don't have the hardest time killing high hp tanks.
