Jungle Rengar

So for the last week, I was grinding out Jungle as WW and Lee Sin so I could save up for Rengar. I was told he was the best jgler in the game, so it peaked my interests.

So last night I bought him, and he has little to NONE life sustain in jungle, so how in the heck are you supposed to jump camp to camp without having to recall every time? I can barely get through blue without a leash at level 2. It's unbelievable. Spent most of last night watching Rengar Jungle videos, and they didn't help in the slightest.

(I am using my W to sustain when i get my Ferocity, but early game it's extremely difficult to do with only 3 attacks on cool down constantly). Any tips for me to learn this champion easier, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Whoever told you Rengar is the best jungler was either trolling you or just plain stupid.

Yeah, he has sustain issues. Best thing is to get Ranger's and rush 6. Use Emp Q, not Emp W. Rush Tiamat after Warrior for the hp regen. Use your ult to gank at 6, or, if you can gank before 6, do it on side lanes from side bushes.

He WAS one of the best junglers not too long ago, and even than full AD Rengar wasn't the best choice since he was kind of ''Kill or be killed'' Only a real Rengar players who could play him almost full tank + CDR could play him at full potential playing him as the Emp Bola root BOT.

You could see a few good AD assassin Rengars on top or in the jungle but those guys are mostly spamming only Rengar :)

In the current tanky jungle meta, there's nor reason to play all in Assassin jungle when sooner or later you are gonna get annihilated by Sejuani, and if you play play him full tank CDR it's nothing comparing to Sejuani who does everything better than rengar. Her early ganks are better than Rengars and her post 6 is MUCH better than Rengars so....

Rengar is sort of like Wukong: He is a trash jungler but he has 999+1 losing matchups at top so there are lots of ppl who perfer to play him in jungle and get past his early "weak" stage until he gets his ult.

As for sustain Rengar doesn't have. And you don't use ur W to heal urself. Use ur empowered Q to burn throught the jungle. You play him like ww or skarner: fast rush on lvl6.

As Rengar, try starting at krugs to red, and then go to blue. If you can't take blue without a leash, take wolf or gromp for lvl 3, then blue.

Maybe rengar early need a buff for the clear of the jungle, Maybe he has the worst early clear ( for how much damage he takes) with Eve. For the middle, late game he is ok
