Offline Practice tool.

I really think there should be an offline practice tool, There is no need for bots to be added in that mode, just the ability to add training dummies to test on them the skills and stuff. specially that sometimes there is internet issue and some players keep getting attempting to reconnect or having high ping (Specially in Egypt and the TE-Data connection problem) And the players fear playing normal or bot games because they are afraid of disconnecting during the game and get banned, So i think the player with network issue can just go practice in the** offline practice tool** till his issue gets fixed instead of getting all rusty while waiting.
