Bug during ban phase ranked/normal

So, lately I have been playing some normal games and little bit of ranked. And, I noticed that I get kicked out sometimes during ban phase with more than enough time and the game thinks I picked nothing. I rarely get ban's so I'm trying to figure out why the client isn't giving me the correct time or if it assumes I'm not there? even though I click the ban button it sends me straight to the lobby. Then I get the ban notice.....I reset my router and reinstalled league. This has only happened 3-4 times in the past week or so.
