Why Do I Only Come in a game with boosted animals

Riot Why do you need to demote me to Silver 3 because i only play with noobs im so done of this game i have played since the start of season 3 and im done because i only meet boosted people and i never rank up because i meet noobs and play against noobs why cant you for once let me play with good people. my goal was to be Gold but its so hard when i only meet noobs every game i meet this noobs that feed and suck they do nothing in teamfights even in normal i meet noobs i have played over 2,5k normal games and i have won half of it

There is no such think as being unable to climb.You will lose games because of your teammates, you need to learn to deal with it.Ofc you could just leave league but if you decide to stay you really should look into what you could do more to win and get that shiny gold.
