So I'm isolated when I'm 3 feet away from my teammates?

So I had this game where a kahzix got really ahead in the enemy team and killing everyone doing crazy damage.But when he jump on me when I was like 3 feet away from my teammates it counts as me being isolated and just one shot me.The next time I basically hugged my teammates and it didn't count as being isolated.That is stupid.I'm ok with khazix damage because he is a assassin and you need to be isolated for him to do full damage.But right now even if you and your team are spread out a little he can do insane amount of damage to everyone.He is suppose to assassinate someone in a blink of an eye when they are alone.But now if your not hugging your teammates your just gonna get murdered.That is just not okay.

man 3 ft is a far way away from teammates on a 27 in monitor. just sayin......

Khazix dont even need isolation to do ridiculous damage, ive seen him taking down adcs in 2 Qs when their supp was lke on top of him.

I literally had a game last night where an enemy player complained of the exact same thing OP. Had to check my match history to make sure it wasn't you that I played against, lol.

Sounds like it may be a bug? idk, but Jhin's lotus traps and Teemo's shrooms show full timers (visually) while never decaying and this is a bug that Riot hasn't fixed, so who knows when any of it will actually be fixed.
