How do you get a S?

Im lvl 18 and i dont use an xp boost. I've been using leblanc for like 5-6 games now. i get like 15 kills per game and like around 100 cs but i dont get a S, or a S-. Im not sure why. Can you help me?

High kills, low deaths, high assists, higher CS. Participate in dragon, baron, rift herald, etc where possible. Tower kills, inhibitor kills are also added in.

The mastery grade is a grade that compares your stats to the stats of other people playing that champion in various categories and issues a letter grade that corresponds to that comparison.
An S grade represents a performance that is better than "far better a game than the majority of people who played the champion".

Also read the FAQ. That probably answers why you aren't getting an S (other than: e.g. lower performance in a category.)
