does the new leveling system affect already made accounts pre patch?
I was just wondering if my level 16 account will be affected by the new leveling system... is this true?

I believe I saw them say that you'll still be at the same relative spot of the level you were at (if halfway to 19 before, you'll still be halfway to 19), but exp leveling requirements will be the new smaller amounts from there on.
