How to not be useless/worthless as a jungler

So the elo I've reached, people generally try making the jungler useless since this directly affects his presence in lane and ganking early. This is getting annoying and anti fun when you're getting flamed and you legit can't do anything about it.

One of the games that stood out to me was a Tryndamir in the enemy team against a lvl 7 kindred in our team. He was really good at making our kindred useless , taking most of her farm and the sad part was none of us could help her out when he invaded her and kept 3 shotting her with just after buying his boots. She didn't get any stacks until 20 , our jungle was completely cleared or even if she tried farming she will get 3 man ganked. But after the inner turret and she got a little farm.

From this I understand that it's pretty easy to make junglers useless just by picking a low skill cap champ (yii, trynd, xin etc) or a jungler who is strong early (Lee, vi, etc ) and just invading and the team can't even respond since (we are selfish retards and) they are inbetween trades with their lane opponent and have keep up with the cs and lane pressure.

So how do you deal with this being a jungler and being relevant in the game and not get useless during a game?

Not to mention few of the junglers are basically designed for counter jungling with Ivern , shaco, Lee sin, nunu etc.

PS : please don't tell stuff like 'don't pick kindred she's week' I'm asking a general guide for any junglers on how to deal with this and actually staying relevant since I don't know what to do when this happens as the jungler or a general team mate since wards can't help me from saving the jungler from getting 1 shot and the enemy spinning away.

No. It's just that Kindred is currently gutted. Your scenario really just mounts up to that.

EDIT: If you just want a general tip for when you've got your ass whooped by the invades and stuff, then start investing wards and ward control tools to remove enemy wards, and avoid wherever the enemy jungle is at all costs and farm up, or focus on ganking the lanes where they aren't at. Tell your team to buff up the warding and ward-clearing routine too.

Reason 1 is that Tryn counters squishy junglers really hard. Early game, Tryn can 3-5 shot a lot of the squishy jungers after just 1 item. Kindred would destroy any tanks who try to invade her jungle.

How you counter it is by getting item 3711 and buying a item 2055 every time you back. This allows you to keep most of your jungle warded so you and your team can see the enemy jungler coming in. If you are good about watching your map, put wards at the entrances to your jungle. If not, put wards on your camps.
