Chat Settings - Should They Add A Mute For Yourself?

As you all may know, us players sometimes feel the need to /mute all or /mute only the enemy team. However, what if we wanted to mute our own chat.

This would be something like a Game-Chat restriction if you were punished, except you wouldn’t have a limitation, but you wouldn’t be able to type unless you turned it off in your settings.

The benefits of having this would mean that you, as a player, would not be able to type toxic things, but to rather instead keep your comments to yourself.

The disadvantages to this could possibly be you thinking this a bug or not (idk really).

This would perhaps make League a bit better. If your chat was muted, it’d be much better. The only thing that you could do probably do is emote and ping items, spells, champs, etc.

They have it, go into interface and uncheck the box labeled "Show Allied Chat"

It won't let you type anything in-game until you enable it again.

So long as League wants to censor and ban anyone that isn't on their knees sucking **** for Riot giving them animal teams, yea, just remove chat. There is nothing to say. "You guys suck forfeit let me out" never works, and if I say it I get in trouble. So whatever, remove chat altogether if you cant balance teams and identify apes from humans.
