How to play a 2v2 with a worse teammate on your side

Out of my friends, I happen to be the best one, comparatively, as I'm only S2. However, my friends are S5 and low bronze players. We have started frequently doing 2v2's on Aram and I've been running into some problems. As the best player in the group, although every once in a while one of them can get a big head and think they could ever win a 1v1, I'm often paired up with the worst player in our group or the second worst player if he is not on. This leaves me with a problem because these bad players are either B3 or an unranked lvl 19 that just got back into the game after 2 seasons. This leads to me losing 2v2 after 2v2 because I can't win against two comparatively decent players with myself and an honestly pretty garbage player. Any tips on how to win these through strategies or champions? Also, one of them is known for constantly pulling cheese strats like playing full push teams like heimerdinger with another waveclear champ. Any help is appreciated :)
