Lissandra identity crisis

I've recently come back to the game, and was SO depressed to realize that Lissandra's passive was changed. It really affects her play style negatively. She used to be able to blink in and out of combat without dying, but this new passive makes her a magnet during team fights. She cant survive or do enough damage to matter. Its so sad because her laning phase was really important to a good came, and now it's too slow and costly lane as good as any other mid-laner. Lissanda is legit so cool, and has a really fun kit. She gets so bullied in lane that its impossible to push or be aggressive roaming.

Bring back the scary Ice Witch you released. I want my main control mage to be viable again, but sadly this rework and associated nerfs are just too much. Bad call by riot to offload so much of her damage into a passive that is not versatile. Gimme new passive RIOT!
