Seriously make a Smurf server based on smurf accounts.

I'm tired of getting stomped or just leaving games because I have no chance against smurfs. I like to call out any rioter, because this is unfair as you will lose many value customers.

As the experience players keep playing they get bored @ their rank because they cannot climb or they havent admitted thats as high as they can go.. Riot why do you think it's ok for smurfs to be like that?

Riot do something that blocks new account it's getting ridiculous, because the kids that haven't learn will still come back. Or is your company just in it for the money? So you have no reason to stop smurfing, just followers who say "get good".
