dodge penalty system is garbage

So you get a good champ in ARAM, and someone dodges, and they are BARELY punished for dodging. You join up ARAM again, and you get a crap champion, but you are forced to play because if you dodge you will get hit with the penalty and you can get an even harsher penalty for dodging multiple times. So you never dodge because you don't want to be harshly punished that one time you actually NEED to dodge or quit early. Then you play a bot game to practice with your shiny new champion, but your significant other comes in and reminds you that you have an appointment to make 5 minutes into the game. Naturally you leave the bot game, knowing that your teammates shouldn't have much of a problem winning against bots without you, and you assume you won't be punished too harshly because you never dodge or quit early. WRONG. 5 games with a 20 minute wait time on the queue because you had to quit a bot game early ONE TIME. Then you miss the queue which you waited 20 minutes for once or twice, adding another 20 or 40 minutes onto your time at this point, you have been punished by well over 2 hours of waiting for quitting a game vs. bots ONE TIME, whereas people who constantly dodge ARAM because they rolled a champion they didn't want BARELY get punished at all. this punishment system is OBVIOUSLY broken.
